HISTORIC AND BEAUTIFUL
In the heart of Oak Bluffs Martha's Vineyard. 5 minute walk to the beach and the center of town. Enjoy the new state of the art basketball and tennis courts across the street. Looking for night entertainment? The Barn is the latest project in the neighborhood. It's a Bowling alley with all the bells and whistles. So much to do. No need for a car, you can walk almost everywhere. Circuit Ave. has many stores and restaurants and live entertainment.
THE SPACE
This 120 year old house has many updated features throughout. Our house is located in the historical Copeland District. Most famous for the gingerbread homes. The deck that wrap around the front has the best natural breeze. Have kids? The children don't miss a beat hanging out with friends in the neighborhood. The house also has wifi and cable TV. Second floor rooms with cable in the master suite and guest room. Brand new bathroom with full glass shower.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the whole house. Accept for the utility closet. There will 1 trash bag, tissues and paper towels available for your convenience. The house as no sheets or towels. Washing Machine and Dryer is available. Outside shower to use after coming from the beach is recommended. We have a trash service that will normally pick up on Friday or Monday depending on the time you are there. We just ask if you would make the barrel visible in the rear of the house. The trash truck normally drives in the back to pick up. Please pull the barrel out away from the house so they will know trash is in it.
